Producing effective Internal Communications requires a different approach to external comms - it's an opportunity to showcase a more 'human' side to large corporate brands.
With a large organisation such as Carillion, it was vital that each individual employee felt part of the same team.
Their internal communications therefore needed to be user friendly and all-including, to excite and engage their employees.
Engaging effectively with your employees when you're a multi-national organisation can be tricky. We were asked to develop a range of ideas for an employee portal to help Carillion communicate the benefits of working within the organisation and improve internal communications.
A crisp, user-friendly manifesto document utilising Carillion's more vibrant secondary colour palette.
Strong use of infographics create clear messages, enabling the manifesto to be accessible throughout the business. When considering the photography, use of workforce within photography helped to demonstrate the focus that it is the people working within the business which drive the business performance.
